How do I register?

You can register by opening application and providing required details.
You can review the terms and conditions, provide your payment mode details and submit the registration information. 
Details provided can be changed later under “My Profile” section.

Are there any charges for registration?

No. Registration on UniShop.com is absolutely free.

Do I have to necessarily register to shop on UniShop?

You need to be registered on UniShop to start shopping at any merchant.
Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart,they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.

Can I have multiple registrations?

Each email address and contact phone number can only be associated with one UniShop account.

What is My Account?

My Account is the section you reach after you log in at UniShop.com. My Account allows you to track your active orders as well as see your order history and update your contact details.

How do I reset my password?

You need to enter your email address on the Login page and click on forgot password. An email with a reset password will be sent to your email address. With this, you can change your password.

What is My Shopping List?

My Shopping List is a comprehensive list of all the items previously ordered by you on UniShop.com. This enables you to shop quickly and easily in future Payment.

What are the modes of payment?

You can pay for your order on UniShop.com using the following modes of payment :

1. Cash on delivery
2. Credit and debit cards (VISA / Mastercard / American Express)
3. Wallet Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown? Depending upon merchant you are shopping, this may vary. In some cases VAT is included in the MRP of products. In that case there are no additional taxes added by Merchant / UniShop to your order. In case taxes are not included, the same will be indicated to you at the time of checkout and total payment indicating taxes separately will be shown.

There is a delivery charge of Rs. 100 on orders below Rs. 1000.

Is it safe to use my credit/ debit card on UniShop?

Yes it is absolutely safe to use your card on UniShop. UniShop has integrated payment gateway provided by CITRUS that is registered and totally secure mode of payment. A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online using visa or master credit card. It means extra security for customers, thus making online shopping safer.

What is the meaning of cash on delivery?

Cash on delivery means that you can pay for your order at the time of order delivery at your doorstep. This option may not be available at some merchants and will not be offered at the time of checkout. In case you intend to take some or all items with you, this option will not appear.

If I pay by credit card how do I get the amount back for items not delivered?

If we are not able to delivery all the products in your order and you have already paid for them online, the balance amount will be refunded to your credit card or bank account through which payment was made at the time of checkout.

Where do I enter the coupon code?

Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select payment method. On the payment method page there is a box where you can enter any coupon code that you have. The amount will automatically be deducted from your invoice value.

When will I receive my order?

Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be informed about delivery time from that merchant or may be prompted to select delivery slot. Your order will be delivered to you on the day and slot selected by you.

How are the fruits and vegetables packaged?

You may pick the items from shelf in store and get these weighed and bar code generate. This bar code need to be scanned and item added to your cart. You can leave the packet in “Out” bin at the store or handover same to store representative. You may alternatively scan the item / weight desired and items will be packed by merchant and included in your order.

How are the fruits and vegetables weighed?

Every fruit and vegetable varies a little in size and weight. While you shop we show an estimated weight and price for everything priced by kilogram. At the time of delivery we weigh each item to determine final price.

How will the delivery be done?

Delivery will be done directly by merchants using their infrastructure.

How do I change the delivery info (address to which I want products delivered)?

You can change your delivery address on our website once you log into your account. Click on "My Account" at the top right hand corner and go to the "Update My Profile" section to change your delivery address.

How much are the delivery charges?

Delivery is free for orders above Rs. 1000. For any orders below that we charge Rs. 100 as a delivery fee.

Do you deliver in my area?

Delivery area will depend upon location of store / merchant with whom you are shopping and delivery constraints, if any, will be informed before or at the time of checkout. You will be intimated via sms and email at every stage of your order processing  right from order confirmation till the dispatch.

How do I add or remove products after placing my order?

Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications on the website

How long will my chosen items are blocked for me?

Items are added in cart after checking availability in stock. These items are reserved for you for 30 minutes to complete checkout. At the time of check out, items availability may again be checked and in case these goes out of stock , same will be informed.

Do you have on-line stores?

UniShop is a platform to shop in physical store and some features may be available at remote location.

Where can I find currently running offers/ promotions?

UniShop is uniquely positioned to extend offers through sms / email and through application during shopping. Current offers may be reviewed under “Offer” Section even when you are not logged in any store. While doing shopping at any store, offers related to that store are placed under the scan window. Merchant may also extend offer during shopping on the scan and shop screen.


How will I get my money back in case of a cancellation or return? What

are the modes of refund?

The amount will be refunded to your credit card or bank account that has been used to make payment during the checkout. The money will be credited back to your account in 7-10 working days.
