PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM:
We advise the customer to check the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency.
In case of any discrepancy, please leave a suitable remark at the time of receipt.
In case the product is damaged, or has a manufacturing defect, or a wrong product has been sent, please contact UniShop/Merchant at admin@UniShopworld.com within 30 minutes of receiving the order.
Please retain all packaging materials and product/s until a set of processing instructions has been received from UniShop/Merchant.
In case of any other complaints regarding the delivered package, email UniShop at admin@UniShopworld.com within 30 minutes of receiving the product.
Do not ship any product/s back to UniShop/Merchant before receiving a confirmation email from UniShop/Merchant confirming the return shipment. In case you wish to return a product, please write to us at admin@UniShopworld.com. In case you email us with regards to returning a product, your email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the order/package delivered to you. Please note that UniShop/Merchant shall verify the details of defects/variations of the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of your emails.
All shipping costs of returning the product/s to UniShop/Merchant are to be borne by the customer.
All defective products are to be returned to UniShop/Merchant in their original condition and original packaging, with invoice included and sealed carefully. Please return your order with the return label issued to you by the customer care team at the time of return confirmation.
Safe receipt of returned product/s by UniShop/Merchant is the sole responsibility of the customer.
UniShop/Merchant shall examine the product/s returned by the customer for such defects/variations as reported by the customer, and ensure that remedial steps are taken immediately.
In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to the customer, then UniShop/Merchant will offer to make any necessary modifications/alternations at the cost of the customer.
UniShop/Merchant will refund the paid amount only if the order was damaged prior to delivery, faulty or if a wrong order was sent.
Refund depends upon the mode of payment. Please refer to the list below:
Net banking & Wallets: 3 to 6 Business days
Debit card: 7 to 9 Business days
Credit card or any other payment modes: 10 to 15 Business days

No refund will be given by UniShop/Merchant if the order was delivered in accordance with the color and size selections of the customer while placing the order.
In case the error is found to be due to UniShop/Merchant, the product can be replaced or the amount refunded, at the discretion of UniShop.
In the case of a multi-product order, if for any reason UniShop/Merchant is unable to deliver a certain product/s, the customer will be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case the customer does not wish to select any alternate product/s, UniShop shall agree to either provide store credit (to be used for future purchases on UniShop), or refund the amount for that particular product/s. The decision to provide a refund lies at the discretion of UniShop.
No cancellations will be accepted after placing the order.
The credits issued against the customer's credit card account normally take up to three (3) business days to be processed. In addition, the corresponding bank may take up to two (2) business days from the date of acceptance to credit the amount in the customer's account.
The details of the products and product specifications (weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) as mentioned on Products are only approximate values, and can vary slightly from product to product.
